Received a text saying its Banorte and a payment has left my account so please click the link to verify you made the payment, which is funny in a way as if I didn't check this text properly to see which bank it was or check the number via a number of sites, which states who owns this number, then God knows what these fraudsters would of taken from me, but the only reason I know its a scan as a few people have had this message and just like myself, we don't bank we Banorte, and also this number doesn't have a name or address linked to it, and surely if it was a bank, then during the search it will say the number belongs to Banorte, as I've also checked their number from their website to confirm this, so I've blocked the number and hope people don't fall for this scam .

Area codes 510 and 341 are telephone area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) serving much of the East Bay in California. They cover parts of Contra Costa County and western Alameda County, including the city of Oakland, but excluding Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and Sunol.Area code 510 was established on September 2, 1991 in a split from area code 415. On March 4, 1998, the inland portion of the East Bay was split off as area code 925. The dividing line followed the Berkeley Hills; almost everything west of the hills stayed in 510, while everything east of the hills transferred to 925. In response to projections that 510 would exhaust in the second quarter of 2019, the California Public Utilities Commission approved the addition of an overlay area code, 341, to serve the East Bay. The first central office codes in 341 became available on July 22, 2019. Ten-digit dialing became mandatory in the East Bay a month earlier, on June 22; attempts to make seven-digit calls triggered an intercept message reminding callers of the new procedure. Prior to 2019, 510 had been one of the few urbanized area codes without an overlay, making Oakland one of the few large cities where seven-digit dialing was still possible. / Area codes 415 and 628 are California telephone area codes for San Francisco and its northern suburbs in Marin County (across the Golden Gate), and the northeast corner of San Mateo County. / Area code 650 is a California telephone area code in the San Francisco Bay Area that was split from area code 415 on August 2, 1997. It includes most of San Mateo County (except the northernmost portion), part of San Francisco, and the northwestern portion of Santa Clara County including Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Los Altos. / Area code 925 is a California telephone area code that was split from area code 510 on March 14, 1998. It covers the inland portions of the East Bay counties of Alameda and Contra Costa in the northern area of California. The area was originally part of area code 415, one of the first three area codes created in California in 1947, which originally covered all of central California. In 1991, area code 510 was created to encompass most of the East Bay. Area code 925 was created March 14, 1998, when area code 510 was split along the natural border of the Berkeley Hills. The area code includes southeastern Alameda County (Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Sunol, and unincorporated areas surrounding those communities), and all of Contra Costa County except the western part (El Cerrito to Crockett).
